The Querétaro State Attorney General’s Office, through agents of the Criminal Investigation Police (PID), executed an arrest warrant against a man for his alleged involvement in the crime of organized fraud. The arrest stems from an investigation into a fraudulent financial scheme that caused financial losses to multiple victims in the state.
According to the investigative actions carried out by the Querétaro Attorney General’s Office, the accused allegedly actively participated in an operation orchestrated from a financial institution based in the state. This illicit scheme was characterized by the execution of transactions and the signing of simulated contracts, the objective of which was to obtain undue economic benefits at the expense of citizens.
The Criminal Investigation Police executed the court order on November 4, 2025, apprehending the suspect in the Claustros del Campestre III residential development, located in the municipality of Corregidora. This operational action demonstrates the responsiveness of law enforcement agencies in the state.
Following his arrest, the detainee was turned over to the appropriate judicial authority to continue the corresponding criminal proceedings. This action reinforces the institutional commitment of the Querétaro Prosecutor’s Office to combat property crimes and provide legal follow-up to ensure reparations for victims.
