Querétaro is expanding at a rate that is redefining its scale. According to an analysis by the consulting firm 4S Real Estate, the Metropolitan Area has increased its population by 40% in the last decade and maintains a projected growth of 24% by 2030.
The calculation for 2050 anticipates a cumulative increase of 124%, a proportion reached by only a handful of cities in the country. This expansion not only describes a demographic shift: it is transforming prices, supply, and land distribution.
