During 2025, the Querétaro State Police participated in the recovery of 1,198 vehicles reported stolen, an 8.1% increase compared to the previous year. This information comes from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC).
According to the agency, 3,859 security operations were implemented throughout the state during the year, representing an average of more than 10 police deployments every day.
These operations resulted in the arrest of 3,429 people for the alleged commission of crimes, who were then turned over to the State Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, 88 of those arrested had outstanding arrest warrants.
During these operations, the SSC also reported the recovery of 202 firearms and 43,843 grams of drugs.
Along with those arrested for crimes, the State Police referred 19,608 people to Civic Courts for committing incivilities.
