Tomorrow, the weather in Coahuila and Durango will be characterized by stable conditions, with a low probability of rain, cool mornings, and mild afternoons across most of the region.
According to the National Meteorological Service (SMN) of CONAGUA, no systems are expected to bring significant rainfall, so clear to partly cloudy skies will prevail, accompanied by moderate winds in open areas of northern Mexico.
In Coahuila, minimum temperatures at dawn will remain low, especially in the higher elevations and southeastern parts of the state. In Saltillo, the temperature could start the day near 3 degrees Celsius, gradually rising to between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius in the afternoon, making for a more pleasant atmosphere after midday.
In the central region, Monclova will have a cool start to the day, with lows around 4 to 5 degrees Celsius, while highs will range from 18 to 20 degrees Celsius, with no chance of rain and light to moderate winds. Further north, in Piedras Negras, the weather will be similar: a cold morning, a mild afternoon, and a zero percent chance of precipitation, although wind gusts could feel a bit stronger during the afternoon.
In the Comarca Lagunera region, which includes Torreón, Gómez Palacio, and Lerdo, the weather will remain stable. Torreón is expected to start the day with temperatures around 5 degrees Celsius, rising to highs of 19 to 21 degrees Celsius. In Gómez Palacio and Lerdo, already in Durango state, the lows could drop a bit lower, around 2 to 4 degrees Celsius, with highs that will hardly exceed 17 or 18 degrees Celsius. Throughout this area, the chance of rain is practically zero, which is ideal for outdoor activities, as long as the morning chill and wind are taken into account.
For the city of Durango, the forecast indicates one of the coldest mornings in the region, with temperatures around 2 degrees Celsius. Throughout the day, the sun will bring cooler temperatures, with highs around 16 to 17 degrees Celsius. Winds will be moderate, and the UV index will remain low to medium, although basic sun protection is recommended between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
In summary, tomorrow’s weather forecast for Coahuila and Durango anticipates a stable, dry day with typical winter temperature variations, ideal for everyday activities if basic precautions are taken against the morning chill and midday sun.
