The “Rumbo Oaxaca” Intercultural Music Festival kicked off this Friday, January 15, 2026, with a lineup featuring local, national, and international musicians such as Rob Edwards and Esther Swift. The performances are free and open to the public and take place at various locations throughout the city of Oaxaca.

The festival is organized by the multicultural music organization Routes to Roots, based in Scotland, and will bring together artists from Latin America, Europe, and Australia over four days. The closing day will be Sunday, January 18th, and until then, attendees can enjoy the following program:
