If you are looking for an option to earn an extra income or an opportunity focused on self-employment that can give you practical tools to improve your family economy, the Institute of Training for Work of the State of Sinaloa (Icatsin) announced on its social networks the courses that will be available during the month of February in the municipality of Guasave.
Carlos Manuel López Reyes, director of the Icatsin Guasave unit, explained the importance of these courses which have been in high demand, since they are an option for women who seek to improve their income or become economically independent, in view of this, he said that the institution is open to support and provide care to train more people who may have tools to undertake.
“Yes, in fact, there are some mothers, there, who want training to have a job and be able to have a little more income for their household. We also express our interest and support and willingness to support all these types of courses, with all the intention of strengthening us,” she explained.
Among the options is the Desserts for cafeteria course (pastry and fine sweets), which will begin on February 16, 2026, and will be taught from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and will be aimed at people interested in learning how to make products that can be marketed or integrated into businesses in the gastronomic industry.
Likewise, Icatsin announced that it will also offer the Nail Application and Decoration course, which will also begin on February 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is aimed at those looking to train in a trade with high demand in the service sector.
Both trainings have a single cost of 500 pesos, so it would be an accessible alternative for those who want to acquire skills that allow them to generate their own income or complement their economic activity.
What do I need to register for the courses?
To register, those interested must present CURP, birth certificate, official identification with a photograph, and proof of address.
