As part of a strategic partnership with Medfrut, a renowned fruit and vegetable distributor in the region, Coliman Bananas inaugurated a new banana and papaya ripening distribution center (CEDIS) in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
This alliance gave rise to Colimed, a company created by Coliman Bananas and Medfrut with the goal of strengthening the marketing of bananas and papayas in that state.
The new ripening distribution center is equipped to carry out specialized processes that allow for control at each stage, ensuring that the fruit reaches its optimal point of color, flavor, and texture.
