Next Sunday, February 8, there will be a temporary suspension of the electricity supply in various neighborhoods of “El Marqués” in Querétaro.
The municipality council indicated that maintenance work scheduled by the Federal Electricity Commission will be carried out.
The power cut will take place from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., during which time CFE personnel will carry out technical work on the network to guarantee the operation of the service.
The areas where the supply will be interrupted are El Colorado, La Piedad, Ampliación Los Cues, San Antonio La Galera, El Rosario, Garambullo, La Loma, Miranda, Parque Bernardo Quintana, and FINSA.
The local government asked the population to take precautions, mainly in homes, businesses, and industrial facilities that depend on electricity service for their daily activities. It also recommended disconnecting sensitive electrical appliances to avoid damage when the supply is restored.
