Fermente Fest 2026 returns for its 4th edition in San Miguel de Allende, a destination renowned for its rich cultural, gastronomic, and tourist attractions. This event brings together the best of natural, organic, and biodynamic wines from Mexico and around the world in one place.

More than just a festival, it’s a celebration of clean agriculture and low-intervention fermentation. For those seeking new and different experiences in March, this event is a must-see.

This festival will feature 30 national and international projects, including wineries from Guanajuato and Querétaro, such as:

Cava Garambullo
Dos Búhos
Nat Clandestine
Casa Anza
Tres Raíces, which will present its new organic label
Vinos Salvajes

From northern and western Mexico, wineries like Pouya Wines, Ojo de Liebre, Vinos Meillon, Cuchu Wines, and Drosophila will be represented, along with wineries from Altos Norte (Jalisco) and Bodegas de la Parra (Aguascalientes).

You can also enjoy a sensory experience with exclusive tastings of over 100 labels, including natural wines, kombucha, cider, mead, and craft beers.

Fermente Fest 2026 will take place on March 28, 2026, in San Miguel de Allende, one of the most attractive destinations in the state of Guanajuato. The city has become a key hub for high-level gastronomic and cultural events.

The confirmed venue is Foro El Obraje, located at Calzada de la Presa 50, across from Hotel Aqua. This space has hosted previous editions and allows dozens of exhibitors to gather in a comfortable and specialized environment. Access begins at:

12:00 PM for the general public, and from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

The tasting glass costs 350 pesos and includes unlimited tastings.
