A doctor at Farmacias Similares was arrested after being accused of sexual abuse by a patient in Tijuana.
According to the police report, municipal officers responded to a medical office located in the Villa Fontana neighborhood after receiving a report of sexual abuse.
Upon arrival, the officers spoke with the victim, who stated that she had gone to the doctor for a consultation due to flu-like symptoms, but while the doctor was examining her, he allegedly touched her private parts without her consent. She then left the office to seek help and called 911.
Francisco Javier, 75, was taken into custody by the Baja California Attorney General’s Office.
