A massive road blockade is planned for Monday, April 6th, by truckers and farmers, which is expected to cause disruptions in various parts of the country. TV Azteca Yucatán will tell you if Yucatán is among the affected areas.
Where will the massive road blockades take place this Monday?
The blockade is expected to begin at 7:00 AM on several Mexican highways and is estimated to last approximately 10 hours. Among the highways that could be closed are:
Mexico-Querétaro Highway
Mexico-Pachuca Highway
Mexico-Puebla Highway
Mexico-Cuernavaca Highway
Short Route to Chihuahua
Federal Highway 45 Pan-American Highway
Culiacán-Mazatlán Highway
Salamanca-Celaya Highway
Federal Highway 49 (Zacatecas-San Luis Potosí)
Federal Highway 15D (Western Highway)
Morelia-Pátzcuaro Highway
As of now, the state of Yucatán has not planned a highway blockade and is not part of the massive blockade scheduled for Monday, April 6.
