The port of Mazatlán continues to solidify its position as one of Mexico’s most important tourist destinations, registering the arrival of nearly 20,000 cruise passengers this week, who arrived aboard various international ships.
This Thursday, the visit of the Norwegian Bliss cruise ship stood out, docking in the morning at the port’s Cruise Terminal, bringing with it more than 4,200 tourists who enjoyed the destination’s attractions.
The constant arrival of international visitors directly impacts the local economy, with an estimated economic impact exceeding 27 million pesos, benefiting businesses, tourism service providers, and the restaurant sector.
Mazatlán continues to position itself as a world-class destination thanks to its infrastructure, hospitality, and ongoing tourism promotion. Municipal authorities have emphasized that these results are the product of coordinated efforts in tourism, led by Mayor Estrella Palacios Domínguez.
With the arrival of high-end cruise ships, the Sinaloa port reaffirms its appeal to the world, consolidating itself as one of the preferred stops on the Mexican Pacific coast.
