More than 10,000 kilometers and an entire ocean will be no obstacle for the city of Pachuca to soon welcome authentic Italian cuisine, as a new restaurant promising a unique culinary experience has been announced.
The establishment, called Nuovo, aims to become a benchmark thanks to a concept developed by its creators, who will focus on maintaining quality while incorporating new dishes prepared with select ingredients and served with meticulous presentation.
In this sense, diners who enjoy the extensive menu will feel strangely familiar with the entire place, from the exterior and interior design to the overall experience, as it is a project that draws inspiration from Alimentari, a food fair that has carved out a niche for itself in the local culinary scene.
However, the creators of the new restaurant asserted that despite the aforementioned business, the city of Pachuca still lacked a space entirely dedicated to Italian cuisine. Thus, Nuovo was born, catering to those seeking the flavors of La Dolce Vita.
According to the social media accounts created for the new restaurant to promote it and share what diners can expect, the opening date was originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 29th, but was later announced to be changed for unspecified reasons.
However, lovers of authentic Italian food won’t have to wait long to enjoy delicious dishes, as the opening has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 30th. The founders of the business confirmed that reservations are now available for the event.
Simply call 771 688 7847, where you’ll receive friendly service and can request directions to the restaurant if you prefer specific areas within the building. Afterward, you’ll be cordially invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the official opening of the new restaurant in Pachuca.
Italian cuisine is a culinary icon, and at Nuovo, you’ll experience its authenticity with high-quality cuts of meat, the finest pastas, innovative pizzas, classic risottos, and calzones. However, the house specialties are the octopus and the artisanal focaccia.
The new restaurant in Pachuca boasts a prime location on Luis Donaldo Colosio Boulevard, specifically at number 532, near the Santa Elena groves, directly across from the Gran Patio shopping center, making it easily accessible for diners.
In that sense, the service hours that Nuovo will manage to test its menu, which adds options such as carbonara, lasagna or even a cancelable risotto alla milanese will be from Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm to 11pm and on Sundays it will close until 8pm, with the chefs and waiters resting on Mondays.
