A new citizen complaint is setting social media ablaze 📱🔥, after a driver experienced a true nightmare following a minor accident… and ended up facing exorbitant toll charges exceeding $12,000 pesos! 😡💸
According to the testimony, the truck could still start and drive 🚗💨, so a tow truck was NOT necessary. However, that didn’t stop the abuse from beginning:
❌ Charges for “towing” that were never requested
❌ Charges for “flagging”
❌ Charges for “vehicle impoundment”
And as if that weren’t enough 😤, when the owner refused to pay this exorbitant amount, the vehicle was towed ALL THE WAY to Pachuca 🚨, further increasing the costs under arguments such as:
💥 “towing per kilometer”
💥 “days in the impound lot”
💥 “after-hours rates”
The most alarming thing 😳 is that, according to the complaint, all of this happened with the alleged approval of members of the National Guard, which has raised suspicions about possible irregular agreements with towing companies 🚓🤝🚛.
