The open-air venue was the most recommended by the citizens of Villahermosa, garnering 71% of the preferences in a survey conducted by Grupo Cantón.
A survey was carried out in both digital spaces and along the avenues of the Tabasco state capital. The objective was to identify which cultural venues and museums are most recommended by the local population.
In response to the question, “Which museum in Villahermosa do you recommend visiting?”, the results revealed a clear preference for one of the state’s most iconic sites.
With a total of 257 responses, 222 reactions, and 66 shares, the La Venta Museum secured first place with 71 percent of the recommendations.
This venue—globally renowned for its collection of Olmec artifacts and its open-air exhibition—has firmly established itself as the premier cultural and tourist landmark of the city.
In second place, with 13 percent, was the Carlos Pellicer Cámara Museum of Anthropology—another key institution for understanding the history of various cultures.
