The Guadalajara City Council will host a free mass wedding on July 17 as part of the World Cup Fan Fest activities.
Mayor Verónica Delgadillo invited interested couples to formalize their civil unions at an event that seeks to combine the celebration of soccer with support for family finances by waiving Civil Registry fees.
Interested individuals must submit the required documentation by July 14 at any of Guadalajara’s 23 Civil Registry offices, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
