The State Secretariat of Culture presented the tenth Querétaro International Music Festival, which will bring together 120 participants from nine countries for two weeks with a program of workshops and concerts.
During the festival presentation, it was added that this year’s edition will feature musicians from Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Venezuela, Poland, England, and Germany, who will take part in masterclasses, orchestral rehearsals, chamber music, specialized workshops, and 19 concerts open to the public at various venues, including the Metropolitan Theater, the Experimental Theater, the City Theater, and the Arts Center, among others.
It was emphasized that reaching the tenth edition reflects the consolidation of a project that has become a benchmark for musicians, teachers, and students.
It was highlighted that these types of events strengthen the exchange of knowledge between generations and artistic communities, as well as promote a collaborative model among institutions, artists, the private sector, and society.
He added that these spaces contribute to building a culture of peace by fostering coexistence through art and creating opportunities for new generations of musicians.
He invited the public to attend the concerts and activities scheduled during the festival to enjoy national and international performers and celebrate the 10th anniversary of this musical event.
