Mexican Ambassador expresses admiration for Ortega

The letter was sent three days before Ortega declared, at the anniversary celebration of the revolution, that he would not allow future elections.

Guillermo Zamora Villa, Mexico’s ambassador to Nicaragua, expressed his “affection and admiration” for the government led by Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo, whom he congratulated on the anniversary of the Sandinista Popular Revolution.

La carta fue enviada tres días antes de que Ortega declarara, en el acto por el aniversario de la revolución, que no volvería a permitir elecciones.
