Users Report Poor Conditions at Puerto Escondido Airport
This Monday, users of the Puerto Escondido airport once again reported the poor conditions of the facilities and the unpleasant experience of waiting to board flights to different destinations.

Passengers stated that the terminal “is getting worse and worse.” One traveler expressed frustration after using the Puerto Escondido Airport, saying that despite the high Airport Use Fee (TUA) charged on each ticket, the conditions remain inadequate.
They pointed out that the air conditioning system is not working and that only fans have been installed, but “the heat is unbearable.” They also mentioned that there are many people crowded inside the terminal due to the number of passengers waiting for their flights.
When questioned about the situation, workers reportedly responded that the problem had been ongoing for several days, saying: “If you want, put your complaint in the suggestion box,” according to a taxi driver who provides services in the parking area.
Passengers also complained that the baggage inspection machine is not functioning properly, causing significant delays because security personnel must manually inspect every suitcase and backpack.
“It is uncomfortable and unpleasant that they do not have the conditions they should have. We are going from bad to worse; it is worse than a second-class terminal. It is unfortunate that the manager or director of Puerto Escondido Airport is an incompetent person who has left this place completely abandoned,” they warned.
