Likewise, they indicated that Larry “N” was in the company of another person identified as Steve “N”, 68 years old.

The characteristic features of the 66-year-old cyclist are that he has a slim build, is 1.80 meters (m) tall, and has a white complexion. His eyes are small blue and his mouth is thin and small.
