Likewise, she highlighted the “commitment” of the security institutions to “supply, consult and update” the information from the National Public Security Information System, which she said is “indispensable for the prevention, investigation and prosecution of crimes.” , as well as progress in the consolidation of the police action protocol in cases of violence against women and feminicide, through the construction of the training manual.

“Throughout the entity, the acts of violence that were seen on previous occasions have been fundamentally reduced and in this way the majority of crimes have been reduced in the state of Tamaulipas, just as crimes have been reducing in almost all states of the country,” she concluded.

For his part, Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya recognized the security strategy that “has allowed the incidence of crime in the entity to decrease significantly.”
