President López Obrador pointed out that with these roads there are 2,652 kilometers built with local labor in Oaxaca
During the third day of highway supervision in Oaxaca, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador highlighted the completion of 186 artisanal roads, which total 2,652 kilometers built with local labor of men and women of the entity.
“Before finishing our mandate, we will meet the goal of not leaving a single municipality—of the 570 in Oaxaca—without paved roads to the capitals and communities,” he reiterated on his social networks, where he also shared a video of a supervision overflight carried out last Saturday.
On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the head of the Executive reaffirmed from Huautla de Jiménez his commitment to continue fighting against violence against women.
At the labor path evaluation meeting, President López Obrador was accompanied by the governor of Oaxaca, Salomón Jara Cruz; the Secretary of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation, Jorge Nuño Lara; the Undersecretary of Expenditures of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, Juan Pablo de Botton Falcón; the general director of the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples, Adelfo Regino Montes, among other officials.
