These police officers were trained by the Training and Research Center for Security of the State of Querétaro (CECAFIS), the State Police School and the Training Centers of the Penitentiary System, the State Attorney General’s Office and the Municipal Public Security Secretariat of Queretaro.
The governor, Mauricio Kuri, led the graduation ceremony of 210 community police officers from Querétaro 2023 who have joined the security corporations in the state on different dates.
In his message, he expressed that they received basic training that distinguishes Querétaro at the national level, which defines the knowledge of the police profession, the skills and abilities of daily operation and the values that govern the legal use of force.
“To you, young people who join the different institutions, do not forget that you were trained in respect for human rights; “They are the first public servants who serve citizens to guarantee them access to the three justices: criminal, civic and daily, with mediation in cases of neighborhood conflict,” he stressed.
For this reason, he highlighted that in Querétaro there is talk of a police corporation made up of the sum of all institutions, the Querétaro police with the principles of loyalty, value and service to Querétaro.
