Civil Protection and Guadalajara Firefighters reported the fall of an elevator from the fifth floor at the Aranzazú hotel located on Revolución and Degollado streets in the center of Guadalajara.
Firefighters reported that safety shoes were activated between the first and second floors.
The firefighters carry out the rescue work, outside the hotel there are medical personnel to assist them as soon as they leave the elevator.
