From May 23 to 25, the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center vibrated with the energy and talent of the best cheerleaders in the world at Cop Brands 2024.

This prestigious sports championship, which celebrates its 30th anniversary and 25 years of presence in Puerto Vallarta, consolidated the city as a benchmark in the sports field by bringing together more than 4 thousand international athletes.

Teams from various states in Mexico, as well as the United States, Canada, Costa Rica and Chile, competed in an environment of high energy and impressive skills.

The quality of the participants was exceptional, turning the event into an authentic cheer and dance party.

In addition to the sporting spectacle, Cop Brands 2024 generated a significant economic impact in the region.

Around 2,600 hotel rooms were occupied by parents who accompanied the athletes, distributed in 12 host hotels. Likewise, the event mobilized more than 300 people and assembly personnel, ensuring that everything worked perfectly.

In an interview, Araceli González Flores, public relations officer for the event, highlighted: “For 30 years, 25 in Puerto Vallarta, we know that it is one of the most beautiful ports in Jalisco. “This competition promotes sport and forms better human beings.”

For their part, a team of Vallarta cheerleaders expressed their excitement at participating in an international event in their own city, while some Canadian cheerleaders highlighted the friendliness and fun of the people of Puerto Vallarta.

The Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center, once again, proved to be an ideal host for world-class events, reaffirming its position as a preferred destination for top-level sports and cultural tourism.
