The San Juan Festival Grape Harvest awaits you in Querétaro

The Querétaro Tourism Secretariat, in coordination with Viñedo San Juanito, announced the grape harvest that will take place on June 22, on the occasion of the San Juan festival. The boutique vineyard, close to the Magical Town of Tequisquiapan, is preparing a series of activities that will combine tours of the vineyards, the winery and the cellar, as well as tasting of multi-award-winning wines, accompanied by traditional pizzas made in a wood oven.

The Art, Cheese and Wine Route is one of the main wine tourism areas in the country, with an area of ​​500 hectares planted with vines, which receives more than a million visitors each year and generates an estimated turnover of four billion pesos.

Querétaro is the first national place for the export and production of sparkling wine made with the traditional method; annually, nearly 60 thousand nine-liter cases are exported to the United States, Asia and Europe.
