Los paneles solares de la CFE son dependiendo el suministro del interesado/ Especial

The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) has made solar panels available to citizens who are interested in contracting them for their homes.

According to the CFE, they intend to reduce energy costs and people can join in the conservation of the environment.

How to get the solar panel?

Currently, the CFE has three different interconnection contracts that are intended to adapt to the needs of users, and depending on the supply they have at home, it is the one that best suits them.

To do this, they must go to the facilities of the Customer Service Centers of the CFE Basic Service Supplier (CFE SSB) and ask for this solar panel, where they will be given and they must fill out an application form for the interconnection.

They will have to indicate on a sketch the geographic location of the power plant closest to the electrical supply of the person who wants the solar panel.

Finally, they must provide a single-line diagram of the power plant and, if applicable, load centers that will share the same interconnection point.

They will also have to have a technical sheet of the generation technology used and another of the current inverter certificate.

What are the 3 types of contracts for the panel?

The CFE offers three types of contracts with these energies, the first of these is the Net Energy Measurement, which consists of the client consuming and generating energy in the same supply contract, where this type of energy is offset against each other.

The second is the Net Billing, which must be associated with a current supply contract with the CFE SSB since this type of energy consumed is what the CFE bills the client and is independent of the energy that the client generates and sells to the Commission.

Finally, there is the Total Energy Sale, which indicates that the exempt generator sells to the CFE the total energy generated.

What is the price of this procedure?

The CFE has said that the cost of the contract is completely free, this in accordance with the General Administrative Provisions for the presentation of the electric supply.

There are more details that must be taken into account for the procedure, because if an evaluation of General Distribution Networks is determined, a cost could be added to the applicant, but it will be evaluated by the CFE.
