During the hearing in Courtroom 1 of the Baja California State Judicial Branch, Ary Gissel, girlfriend of Gerardo ‘N’ alias ‘El Kekas’, admitted that she lent him her vehicle, returned on Sunday and told him: ‘I already got you tires’, and that she had another vehicle. This in relation to the murder of three tourists.
When asked where he got the vehicle, the criminal who was brought to trial this afternoon, replied: “I fucked up three gringos who were bringing a lot of money.”
A control judge ordered the prosecution as co-author of the disappearance of the three surfers: the brothers Jake and Callum Robinson from Australia, and Carter Rhoad from the United States.
‘El Kekas’ brought to trial
Through her social networks, the governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar, confirmed that the alleged murderer of the three surfers killed in the San Tomás district of Ensenada, was brought to trial and is in preventive detention.
