How to prepare shrimp in chipotle sauce, the most delicious seafood dish in the world

Ingredients:

500 g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 chipotle peppers in marinade
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Preparation of the shrimp: Wash shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
Sauté shrimp: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic: In the same skillet, add a little more butter if needed. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add chipotle: Add the chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (you can finely chop or leave whole depending on your preference). Cook for 2 more minutes.
Stir in sour cream: Add sour cream to the skillet and mix well with chiles and onion. Cook over low heat until mixture is well incorporated and warmed through.
Mix in shrimp: Return shrimp to skillet and mix well with chipotle sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until shrimp are well coated and cooked through.
Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle lime juice over shrimp and toss.
Serve: Serve hot and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
