In an extraordinary session of the City Council held virtually, the H. City Council of Querétaro approved the signing of a service provision contract to implement a comprehensive modernization solution in Citizen Attention during the remainder of the fiscal year 2024.
This project seeks to improve response times in procedures and services, offering more efficient and closer attention to citizens. Likewise, the City Council authorized the revocation of a previous agreement, approved on February 11, 2016, in point 3, section II, subsection 2, of the agenda.
