In the regions of Rio Lagartos and Progreso, the streets remain flooded due to the heavy rains left by Milton.

Río Lagartos, Yucatán.- This municipality in the eastern part of the state suffered severe flooding due to the proximity and passage of Hurricane “Milton.”

In the port of Progreso, the streets remain flooded due to the heavy rains left by the meteor.

In Río Lagartos, houses were reported flooded, and some trees and sheets of metal were downed.

Additionally, there were reports on social media about the supposed disappearance of 15 boats from Yucatán, but it was later learned that they were sheltered in Isla Mujeres.

In Mérida, activities in shops and stores resumed, and classes at all levels were regularized.
