The Fan Fest Chihuahua 2024 will be on November 16 and 17 at the Arena Corner Sport. Here we tell you what activities there will be.
What is the Fan Fest?
The Fan Fest Chihuahua is an event organized by and for fans of anime, comics, video games, movies and more. In this space, fans meet, socialize and share their common interests.
As in every Fan Fest, there will be different themed activities for all tastes, as you can find people dressed up as their favorite characters from the entertainment industry, renowned guests, collectibles, video game tournaments, among other activities.
Mark your calendars for November 16 and 17, when the Fan Fest Chihuahua 2024 will be held at the Arena Corner Sport starting at 12:00 noon.
Tickets are available on the TopTicket platform and you can buy for one day or both.
What activities will there be?
If you are a fan of this world, you cannot miss the Fan Fest Chihuahua, as there will be many activities:
One of the activities that attracts the most attention is the meet & greet with voice actors and on this occasion the following will be present: Mario Castañeda (adult Son Goku, main character of Dragon Ball); Leslie Gil (known for voicing Mitsuki Kōyama and Sunny Starscout in My Little Pony); Yamil Atala (Aioria de Leo in Los Caballeros del Zodiaco, Dexter from El laboratorio de Dexter, among others) and Nallely Solis (voices Lisa Simpson and Milhouse Van Houten in The Simpsons from Season 16 onwards).
Bazaar: Also, you can’t miss the bazaar, where you can buy a wide variety of products of your favorite characters, series and movies, such as toys, collectible figures, posters, backpacks, clothing, stickers, posters, stuffed animals and much more; so bring all your savings.
Cosplay contests: The cosplay event will have several categories, including anime, hybrid cosplay, children’s cosplay, group cosplay and a special Pet-Cosplay category for those who want their pets to come dressed up. Cash prizes will vary between one thousand and four thousand pesos for the winners of each category, promoting the originality and skill of the contestants.
Meet your favorite cosplayers: this edition will feature Nash Clive Cosplay, Banana Cosboys, Paulinka Cosplay and Fanini RB Cosplay, who will participate in photo sessions and presentations.
Artists Alley: a space where you can meet the artists behind your favorite comics, graphic novels, etc. This edition will feature special guests such as Raúl Valdés, SaiyaGina and Elsevilla, as well as local artists such as Horse Wizard, KruxXcruz, Sirophanie and more.
Participate in tournaments: “Fight and Win” in video games where there will be a prize pool of 9 thousand pesos per game, among which are “Super Smash Bros Ultimate”, “Street Fighter” and “KoifXV the King of Fighters”. In addition, a 1v1 Black Ops 6 lightning tournament with a prize of 3 thousand pesos plus whatever is collected in the registration pot.
