Coyoacán

Independent Union of Academic Workers of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (SITTAUNAM)

– Time: 11:30 hrs

– Location: Faculty of Economics, UNAM (Av. Insurgentes Sur No. 3000, Circuito Escolar s/n, Ciudad Universitaria, Alc. Coyoacán)

– Destination: Rectorate of UNAM

– Reason: “March-Brigadeo” to demand a 100% salary increase for teaching assistants and subject teachers, a fair collective contract, and the reinstatement of teachers and students expelled for political reasons within UNAM.

– Possible Route: School Circuit

– Observations: Student groups from different UNAM faculties may join in support, potentially painting graffiti and blocking roads on Av. Insurgentes Sur near the Rector’s Office.

Subversive Organized Self-Managed Community

– Reason: “Stop Repression” march to demand the reinstatement of students and teachers expelled for political reasons and an end to the persecution and criminalization of protest within UNAM.

– Activities:

  – 16:00 hrs: “Posada Contra la Represión” event to denounce alleged human rights violations by UNAM authorities.

  – 16:30 hrs: Start of the march
