The V Panucho Fair will take place on Friday, November 29, in La Ermita Park, Mérida. This event is part of the festivities leading up to White Night, attracting both national and international visitors.

Dozens of stalls will be set up, selling the famous Yucatecan dish, panucho. This traditional dish, popular between Campeche and Mérida, consists of a corn tortilla with a small cut on the edge, filled with strained beans, and fried in oil or lard.

The Panucho Fair will start at 5:00 p.m. on November 29. The event is expected to draw a large crowd, eager to taste the delicious panuchos. Thirty stands will offer the dish at 17 pesos each, with various ingredients such as egg, cochinita pibil, black stuffing, turkey, chicken, and cheese ball.
