In a move that’s sure to thrill adventure-seekers and budget-conscious travelers alike, Denver-based carrier Frontier Airlines has unveiled an “all you can fly” pass, dubbed the GoWild! Pass. For a limited time, passengers can snag this unlimited flight deal for just $299 per year, with renewals priced at $699.
The GoWild! Pass is set to take effect on May 1, 2025, and will grant travelers access to both domestic and international destinations without any restrictions. The airline’s Chief Operating Officer, Bobby Schroeter, hailed the new offering as “perfect for spontaneous adventurers, budget-savvy travelers, and anyone dreaming of limitless journeys.”
While this isn’t Frontier’s first foray into unlimited flight passes – a similar offering was launched in 2022, limited to domestic travel – the latest version promises more flexibility and freedom. Passholders can book flights on FlyFrontier.com up to one day in advance for domestic trips or 10 days prior for international routes.
However, there are some caveats to keep in mind: early booking fees may apply, and certain flights will be subject to a blackout period. Additionally, passengers will need to pay $0.01 in airfare plus applicable taxes, fees, and charges at the time of booking. Seats and bags can also be selected for an extra fee.
This move is reminiscent of Virgin Voyages’ recent announcement of its own unlimited cruise pass, which grants passengers access to the entire fleet of Lady Ships, Wi-Fi, events, and bar credit per voyage. Whether or not this trend will catch on with other airlines remains to be seen, but one thing’s for sure – thrill-seekers and budget-conscious travelers are in for a treat.
