Christmas Festival “For the love of Puebla” reaches 210 thousand visitors

Since December 15 to date, more than 210 thousand people have attended the Christmas Festival “For the Love of Puebla”, in its first edition, reported the state government, stating that it is consolidated as an event that unites families and promotes local commerce.

Michelle Talavera, director of Conventions and Parks, mentioned that since its opening at the Puebla Exhibition Center, to date, it has managed to capture the attention of more than 210 thousand people, becoming an unparalleled celebration of the Christmas season and a catalyst for local economic development.

She highlighted that during this event, economic development has been strengthened and tourism has been promoted, positioning Puebla as a Christmas destination of great appeal at a national level.

She explained that on the initiative of Governor Alejandro Armenta and his wife Ceci Arellano, the event has been mainly for the benefit of the children of the 217 municipalities of the state and the most vulnerable sectors of the population.

With a 2 km tour of immersive illuminated village, which includes the famous “Santa’s Flight”, video mapping and a variety of illuminated decorations that serve as the perfect setting for souvenir photos, as well as fun posadas organized by different state agencies, the Festival has created a unique atmosphere that has transformed the city into a place full of magic.

Additionally, inside the Exhibition Center, attendees have been able to enjoy the Artistic Kiosk, a collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, which offers a space for local talent, demonstrating the commitment of this event to the promotion of arts and culture in Puebla.
