The Secretary of Government, José Ramiro López Obrador, reported that a new flight with migrants repatriated from the United States would arrive at the Villahermosa International Airport on Thursday.
He indicated that this would be the second since President Donald Trump began mass deportations and recalled that 130 migrants arrived on the first flight, none of Tabasco origin.
He pointed out that up to two flights continue to arrive each week from the north of the country with Central American migrants.
“It seems that one is scheduled for Thursday, the first one that arrived here was all compatriots, none from Tabasco, very few children, most of them adults.
“There are flights that arrive weekly, sometimes up to two weekly, that come from the north of the country, those come with citizens from other countries, from Honduras, from El Salvador and from here they are sent by land or by air,” he said.
