During an operation carried out by agents from the State Attorney General’s Elite Group in the Ex Ejido Ojocaliente neighborhood, a man wanted in the United States for the murder of a 3-year-old girl was arrested.

The man was identified as Alberto, 53, and has since been handed over to agents of the National Migration Institute (INM) to be deported to the United States and handed over to authorities in Los Angeles County, California, where the crime occurred.

It was reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has requested the assistance of the State Attorney General’s Office to locate and capture a suspect in a crime that occurred in 1992 in Los Angeles, California, in the United States.

According to the investigations carried out, the suspect, identified as Alberto, who was born in the United States, was involved with several gangs from a very young age.

In 1992, a group of gang members entered a home and shot the people inside, leaving two men injured and a 3-year-old girl dead.

After being identified for his involvement in the cowardly crime, Alberto decided to escape to Mexico and lived in Tijuana, Baja California, for several years, but later arrived in Aguascalientes, where he has resided for the past few years.

In 2017, he was even arrested by PDI agents for involvement in the death of a young man during a fight, but was later released.

Meanwhile, the FBI managed to locate him in Aguascalientes and requested support from the FGE (Argentine State Police) to locate and capture him.

Agents from the Anti-Kidnapping Group conducted intelligence and field work for several weeks until they located his whereabouts in the Ex Ejido Ojocaliente neighborhood.

Thus, last Saturday, an operation was carried out by agents from the DELTAP Tactical Group of the State Criminal Investigation Agency, who ultimately captured him.

It is worth noting that during the search of Alberto’s home, the investigating officers found several doses of methamphetamine, as he was known to be a drug dealer.

That Saturday night, under a heavy operation by agents from the PDI (National Police), the state police, and the INM (National Institute of Migration), the suspect was taken to the Jesús Terán Peredo International Airport in Aguascalientes, to be flown to the United States, where he would be handed over to California authorities.
