The Michoacán Festival of Origin is consolidating as a cultural celebration for the whole family.

The Michoacán Festival of Origins 2025 concluded with great success. The State Secretariat of Culture (Secum) highlighted the event with more than 120 cultural activities that filled the Cultural Forum with art, talent, and excitement. During this grand celebration, more than 840 artists brought theater performances, dance shows, musical concerts, workshops, and art sales to life, consolidating culture as one of the pillars of transformation in Michoacán.

The Cultural Forum welcomed more than 19,400 attendees, who enjoyed a diverse lineup of activities, reaffirming citizens’ interest in accessing spaces where art is experienced and shared. This edition, in addition to strengthening the social fabric through cultural expressions, promoted and promoted local talent, generating an economic impact of more than 150,000 pesos.

“I want to deeply express my gratitude to each artist for their participation, as well as to the thousands of Michoacán residents who brought this festival to life. See you next year to continue celebrating the living culture of our state,” said Secretary Tamara Sosa Alanís.

The participating artists enthusiastically acknowledged the opening of these spaces, which allow them to express themselves, connect with the public, and showcase their work. Furthermore, the audience was grateful for the quality and warmth of the activities.
