What was the fight between the Mexican youths and criminals in Berlin like?
In a second recording, the five young men state that they didn’t expect their story to go viral and say that it all started when they were heading to a nightclub that had been recommended to them in the German capital.
The group headed toward the subway station to get around, and as they walked, some men approached them offering them candy, but they rejected them.
Moments later, one of them felt a tug on a gold chain around his neck, then ran and fled through a tunnel.
The youths chased them and, exiting the tunnel, managed to catch up with them, and tackled one of them, beating him until he dropped the chain.
The second assailant tried to threaten them with a bottle, but soon escaped, taking the cell phone of one of the Blacks. Upon realizing this, the young man told the other two young men, and they began to chase them.
Thanks to the help of passersby, they managed to arrest the offender and recover the stolen cell phone; however, it was destroyed in the altercation.
Luckily, a police van was passing by, and the tourists were able to call for help and have the two assailants arrested.
Thus, the young Mexicans managed to thwart a robbery in Berlin, although one of their cell phones ended up completely useless, with its screen shattered.
