In Sinaloa, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) incinerated more than two tons of various drugs and destroyed 186 slot machines and nearly 500 other criminal paraphernalia related to various investigation files after being seized in various operations coordinated with the Mexican Government’s Security Cabinet.

The FGR reported in a statement this Thursday that the two tons and 79 liters of narcotics incinerated included marijuana, cocaine hydrochloride, methamphetamine hydrochloride, diacetylmorphine (heroin), cannabis resin, plants, and poppy seeds.

Also destroyed were 186 slot machines and 413 criminal paraphernalia, such as vests with ballistic plates, magazine pouches, helmets, tactical clothing, and 50 units of negative substances.

The destruction operation was carried out by the Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor’s Office (FECOR), with the presence of state and federal authorities, as well as the supervision of the institution’s Internal Control Body (OIC) to verify the type and weight of the narcotics.
