The massive transport workers’ strike coincides with the return to school of thousands of students for the start of the 2025-2026 school year, so the blockades and suspensions of transportation services are expected to affect thousands of people.

Public transport concessionaires will paralyze the main access roads to Toluca on Monday until state authorities come forward to establish a dialogue to discuss the fare increase.
