The third edition of the “Tuka Sawa” Gastronomic Festival, which will take place on September 20 in San Carlos, Guaymas, expects to attract more than two thousand people, reported Jesús Grijalva.

One of the event’s organizers stated that the festival’s objective is to promote the state’s gastronomy, offering attendees a culinary experience accompanied by live music.

During the event, a ton of meat will be cooked in various presentations that participants will be able to sample, along with a wide variety of drinks, most of which are included in the admission ticket.

So far, he mentioned, 600 tickets have been sold, and hotel occupancy is expected to increase by more than 50% in nearby hotels and up to 100% in the host hotel.

The entrance fee is 500 pesos per person, he shared, and visitors from different parts of the state and even other regions of the country are expected to attend.
