Villaseñor also emphasized that this milestone reflects the collaborative work of employees and Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), who work every day to offer agile processes, modern infrastructure, and service that places the passenger at the center of every decision.
What is Passenger Experience Accreditation?
The ACI World accreditation program is designed to recognize airports that achieve tangible improvements in the travel experience, aligning with global air transport expectations. Achieving Level 2 represents a significant evolution toward a structured and measurable approach to improving passenger satisfaction.

During 2024, Los Cabos International Airport served more than 7.4 million passengers, while in the period from January to August 2025, it already exceeded 5.2 million. This steady growth drives an ambitious investment and expansion strategy.
An investment of approximately 7 billion pesos is estimated for the period 2025-2029, aimed at:
