On Wednesday, November 5th, the Mazatlán Municipal Water and Sewerage Board (Jumapam) will be carrying out scheduled maintenance work, which will result in reduced water service in the Sábalo Country residential area.

Jumapam announced this in a press release, stating that the water supply will be significantly reduced for five hours, starting at 9:00 a.m. Residents in this area are advised to take precautions, store water, and plan their activities accordingly during the service interruption.

Jumapam explained that this measure is necessary due to interconnection work on the distribution network being carried out by the Operations Management in this residential area, with the aim of improving water supply.

According to official information, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., residents will notice a partial reduction in water flow, affecting only this residential area.

“Due to this disruption, residents of this housing complex are asked to store water for their daily activities during this time. Water service will be restored Wednesday afternoon.”
