The State Commission for the Search of Missing Persons confirmed the disappearance of four men from the state of Tamaulipas in the municipality of Matías Romero Avendaño, located in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec region of Oaxaca.
The missing men are truck drivers and were last seen near the Pemex (Mexican Petroleum) service station.
Juan José Pérez Hernández: 37 years old, at the time of his disappearance he was wearing a gray crew-neck t-shirt, jeans, and blue tennis shoes. He has a mole on his right cheek and a scar on his left arm.
Andrés Eloy Ramos Ceja: 28 years old, usually wears a short-sleeved polo shirt, jeans, and white tennis shoes and/or sandals. Among his distinguishing features are a tattoo on his chest with the name “ANDRÉS,” tattoos on his right arm depicting two hands with a rosary, the names “ANDREA” and “ANDRÉS,” a tattoo on his right forearm with the name “EMILY,” a diamond tattoo on his left hand, and a tattoo on his fingers with the name “ESME.”
Aldher Francisco Moreno Hernández, 38 years old, was last seen wearing a blue Wilson brand athletic shirt, blue jeans, brick-colored Río Grande brand boots, a khaki cap, and carrying a black Nike backpack. His distinguishing features include a birthmark between his eyebrows, a mole below his right eye, a mole on his right cheek, and a fractured upper front tooth.
According to the Search Commission, Francisco Moreno disappeared while traveling between the municipality of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, and the state of Oaxaca.
Fernando Castro Morales: He is 41 years old, wears an orange jumpsuit, and his distinguishing features include a long beard and a cut above his left eyebrow.
The four truck drivers disappeared on November 20, 2025, and their disappearances were reported to the Oaxaca State Attorney General’s Office in Matías Romero Avendaño.
