In context: The so-called Tiger March will take place this Saturday, December 6, 2025, in support of the Fourth Transformation (4T).
Today’s toll booth blockades aim to prevent supporters of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), coming from various states of Mexico, from entering Mexico City to participate in tomorrow’s Tiger March.
Also this Saturday, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum will lead a “historic celebration” in Mexico City’s Zócalo to commemorate the first seven years of the transformation movement, which began on December 1, 2018, when Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) assumed the presidency.

Mexico-Cuernavaca Highway, in the Tlalpan borough.
Mexico-Puebla Highway, in the Iztapalapa borough.
