In his ongoing work to connect with the community, listen to their needs, and develop strategies to address them, Senator Agustín Dorantes Lámbarri visited the El Tepetate neighborhood and the Álamos district in the state capital today.
During his walk through the streets of El Tepe, Dorantes spoke with local business owners, customers, and residents, offering his services to assist them, primarily with municipal services, water supply, and drainage. He also took the opportunity to continue promoting the Reimbursement Law, which aims to ensure that the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the Institute for Social Security and Services for State Workers (ISSSTE) cover the costs of medications and treatments they are unable to provide to their beneficiaries.
Later, the Senator from Querétaro joined residents of the Álamos district for their Christmas celebration, where they took the opportunity to discuss issues related to mobility and security.
Thanks to the support of the State and Municipal Secretariats of Culture, the residents of Álamos, from children and young people to senior citizens, enjoyed a piñata-making workshop, a nativity play, and a Christmas concert by the State Music Band.
