The man also demanded that when canceling the service, it be charged to the driver.

A trivial conflict related to the color of a vehicle in Puerto Vallarta generated controversy on social networks, after a video was released where a passenger refused to board a taxi by application only because the car was pink.

The recording was shared on Monday by Osiris Suárez, driver of the vehicle, who published the clip on her social networks accompanied by the message: “Someone will come out of the closet soon.”

How did the conflict between the man and the driver occur?
In the video, the moment when the young woman arrives at the agreed point to pick up the passenger, who upon seeing the car decorated in pink tones expresses his disagreement and refuses to start the requested trip.

During the recording, the man expresses his annoyance with phrases in which he questions the color of the car.

“This mother, what? It’s a pink car… I’m a man, how am I going to get into a pink car?” he is heard saying while arguing with the driver.

The situation becomes tense when the passenger insists that they will not use the service, despite having previously requested it through the application.

In response, Osiris Suárez questions the user’s position and defends his right to customize his vehicle, reminding him that the color of the car does not influence the quality of the service or the safety of the transfer.

“You’re not going to take away your man because you get on. It’s a personal taste, it’s my car,” says the host during the discussion.
The exchange continued when the passenger demanded that the ride in the flatbed vehicle be cancelled without charge.

However, the driver explained that the corresponding charge proceeds because she went to the established meeting point and complied with the requested service, being the user who decided not to board the vehicle.

Finally, the man chose to cancel the trip and leave the place, visibly upset. After the video was released, reactions on social networks did not take long to multiply.

Some users criticized the passenger’s attitude, pointing out that his decision reflects prejudices associated with traditional gender roles and a stereotypical perception of the color pink.

The case continues to generate divided comments among Internet users, who keep the debate on individual freedom, inclusion and the rules that regulate digital services active.

Meanwhile, the video continues to circulate on social media, becoming an example of how a seemingly simple disagreement can escalate into a public discussion.
