The new route will begin operating on June 1; ticket sales have already begun

Mazatlan, Sin. _ Volaris announced a new air route between Querétaro and Mazatlán, with which it will directly connect El Bajío with one of the most important beach destinations in the country.

Mazatlán is recognized for its tourist attractions, its boardwalk, and its port relevance, while Querétaro continues to consolidate itself as a strategic economic center.

Through a press release, the director of Market Development, Distribution, and Cargo of Volaris, Jorge García, reported that this new route will strengthen the tourist flow and mobility between both regions.

“We continue to bet on routes that connect cities with high tourist and economic potential, strengthening air connectivity and generating new opportunities for regional development. Each new route responds to a timely analysis of demand, local economic dynamism, and the need to offer more accessible travel options for our customers,” he said.

Tickets for the new route are now on sale on volaris.com and in the App Volaris.

Operations will begin on June 1, with frequencies scheduled according to the demand of each market and schedules designed to facilitate efficient connections for all travelers.

Volaris began operations in Mazatlan in 2008, and since then, it has transported more than 3,553,000 customers through three routes that connect this city with destinations such as Tijuana, Mexico City, and soon Guadalajara.
